At Mighty Men Services and Pest Control, we are a local, woman-owned business proudly serving the greater Bay Area with professional and prompt pest, rodent, and wildlife management. Our team specializes in effective, long-term solutions, not the industry standard band-aid fixes.

But who are we?

We're a small, family-owned and operated, women-owned and operated business founded by Maria Talacona in 2019. Her daughter, Bianca Broussard, founded the Pest division of the company in 2021.

Since then, the Mighty Men family has grown to include technicians, office staff, handymen, and our inspectors, just to name a few. We pride ourselves on being a company that serves the local Bay Area, with offices in Benicia.

Our technicians come from all around the bay, ensuring we have personnel on call to cater to your needs, whether you're in Daly City, Napa, or somewhere in between. Their commitment to the safety and dignity of the animals we catch is second to none.

With over 11,000 Bay Area homes under our belt, we've seen (and defended!) just about everything.

Why are we here?

Maria started the company in 2019 after being the head of the marketing division for another pest control business. She saw the way industry standards shortchanged customers, business owners, and even the technicians providing the service, and she knew she had to do something differently.


Mighty Men Services and Pest Control was founded on the idea that professional pest control should be honest, effective, and comprehensive. Too often, homeowners and businesses are given temporary fixes instead of real solutions. We set out to change that.

That's why we infuse every service we offer with the Mighty Men way - where we blow passed industry standards and hold ourselves to standards of quality that are much, much higher.

Industry standards are choking our consumers. Overwhelmingly: we hear about industry giants who jam pack their schedules. While it's nice to service more people in theory, what winds up happening is the quality of those services winds up getting spread incredibly thin. More houses in one day means every house gets less attention than it deserves and the attention it needs to tackle the infestations their owners are reaching out for help with.

The long and short of it is this: we're here to serve every member of our community the way we know works.
