If you hear scratching in your home or place of business, you probably have some sort of rodent or wildlife activity within your walls or attic. If you’re hearing these noises during the day, you might have squirrels traveling through your walls. If you’re hearing these noises at night, it’s usually rodents moving through the structure to access areas that are better for nesting – something nobody wants to think about. Either way, sounds in your walls definitely warrant an inspection, and always need repairs of some type.

We guarantee exclusion work and other rodent repairs for one year after the time of service. Ask us for more details! We recommend bait station programs. The materials we use are rodent grade – metal, wire, and cement. Problems arise when trees grow over roofs or other contractors do work that allows rodents access to the structure. Crawlspaces can’t be guaranteed because they are on dirt and rats / wildlife tunnel.

If you’re clashing with wildlife we offer same-day appointments as much as possible for trapping and animal removal. Inspections can sometimes be made same-day, but usually occur after one to two days of your first call with us. If your home needs repairs and exclusion work done, that work can take anywhere from two to seven days to start – that’s way better than the industry standard, which can be anywhere between two to three weeks.

We service the Bay Area at large – that’s parts of San Francisco, Yolo, and Sonoma counties. We service the entirety of Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, and Solano counties. Depending on services required we may go farther South than Union city or farther North East than Fairfield.

We recommend every home in America be on a bait station service. Bait station services change the environment around a structure to reduce the number of rats, mice, and other rodents living on the property. One of our services includes rodent birth control, which helps stop outside numbers from becoming overwhelming. Reduced numbers mean fewer jaws to chew or claws to tunnel into your home.

Most of the time, yes! If we’re treating your home’s exterior you don’t need to be home if we have access to the structure. If we’re working in a crawlspace, attic, or an interior living space, we generally need to be let into the structure, but can complete our work and lock up after we’re done if you need to leave at any point during your service.
